Pamporovo Castle    

The hotel maintenance is very poor, especially for the bathroom, furniture, no blinds at the windows, some lights are not fully functional, elevator was not startng for 20-30 seconds with only one person inside. Shaving was a real challenge, same for taking a shower, as the soap holder was missing and lighting was really poor.
Very flat breakfast menu, same things every day. The eggs can be cooked better and with some variation (omlet for example).
The positive aspect was the buffet for dinner: every evening a different menu with many choices. Really nice! Bulgariaski should offer it, if possible. We had some difficulties to arrange it at Reception, but we succeeded eventually.

Location - a bit further from Studenets than on Google Map; so not so great
Restaurant - excellent
Apartment - old furniture; with an unpleasant smell; did not recommend the Castle for this reason to other friends visiting Pamporovo
Ski room - inappropriate; somtimes it was closed when we needed to get the equipment

Worse hotel selection ever. Staying at the castle hotel was a nightmare. The water heater and elevator squeaks all night so no sleep. The breakfast is outside the building where you need to take over 50 steps to get to. After walking outside in the ice and cold to the breakfast, you’ll definitely enjoy one of the worst coffee I’ve ever had from an outdated and broken machine. They have espresso but you have to pay for it. Breakfast is the same with very limited choices. The parking lot is the worst. Our car got stuck every single day. They don’t believe in using salt so it’s completely frozen, I’m pretty sure cars get hit everyday. The shuttle the promised is not available despite nearby hotels having it. It was definitely a waste of money.

The location is perfect for skiing, right on the slopes if is enough snow. Food in the restaurant was very well priced.. This is a good Bulgarian 3 star apartment hotel.

The room it was clean, the employers very kind, always with smile and ready to help us about everything we need.also the breakfast was very good,which is important for those who do skiing.in general it is a very good hotel..

The WiFi in the rooms was not working, I asked my rep to sort but nothing was done.
Hotel was on the 7th slope, would be good to know this in advance as we could ski back to our hotel. A lot of people found this good.

Perfect location, next to the ski-lifts, friendly staff, clean and warm rooms, parking is free of charge, Super Market inside the complex.

Overall very good. Breakfast not great.

Hotel is located on the slope and you can ski-in and ski-out, you have nearly restaurants or supermarket. Free parking near hotel. Price value ratio was very good. I'll be back!
