Boriki complex is located in "Kochorite" area 3000 m from the village of Stoykite, 1300 m from the holiday village "Malina". The complex is located at 1440 meters above sea level, near Pamporovo ski resort. There is a new lift station in the village of Stoykite, which goes to the slopes and peak "Snejanka".

Accommodation:
The complex is built of wood and stone in typical Rhodope architectural style. In the houses there are 7 apartments with two bedrooms, 1 apartment with one bedroom, one apartment with three bedrooms, 5 studios and 1 VIP suite. Maximum capacity is 69 beds. The size of rooms varies from 45 to 135 square meters All rooms offer views to the mountains and forests.
The apartments and studios feature equipped kitchen corners with refrigerator, utensils, kettle, and some of them feature living room with fireplace. In deluxe apartment there are 2 bedrooms and steam bath. The rooms featue satellite TV, private bathroom with shower, central heating, safe.
Bars and restaurants:
Bistro - tavern in the Rhodope style with 60 seats. The tavern offers Bulgarian cuisine and Rhodope specialties. The tavern offers folklore shows and karaoke. Room service is available.
Facilities:
The complex offers a barbecue, a Jacuzzi, a Russian steam bath and a massage.
