Location: 
Royal House apartment complex is situated in the center of Pamporovo ski resort, on the main road between Grand Hotel Murgavets and Pamporovo hotel.

It is a 4-storey building with underground garages, trade centers, two elevators and 29 suites, furnished according to the standards for four star qualities.

Accommodation:
The complex offers:
7 suites with 1 bedroom, living room with folding sofa, kitchen, satellite TV, luxurious bathroom with shower cabin or bathtub and hairdryer;
22 VIP suites with 2 bedrooms, living room with folding sofa, kitchen, satellite TV in each of the rooms, luxurious bathroom with shower cabin or bathtub with hairdryer.

The suites provide fully equipped kitchens, a stove with four hot-plates and refrigerator.

    These appartments are really good for families and this complex is very well positioned as it is 5 mins walk to all the restaurants and facilities, 5 mins by taxi to the chair lift or a 15 min walk. They are very spacious and because they are away from the noise you can have a very relaxing holiday. Great for families, very clean and you also have the addaed advantage of using the Murgavets hotel's facilities.

    Stayed at Royal House Apartments Feb 07. They were lovely, clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and polite. Very quiet, only a short walk from few shops and restuarants. We found it very relaxing having our own apartment. Would recommend it if you are a family.

    Stayed in Royal apartments March 2006. Very new and excellent standard. Ideal for familys with the added benefit of all facilities of the Hotel Murgavets. 2 bedroom are very large with 2 bathrooms and under floor heating.

* Cancellations can be made free of charge providing details of this are received at least 14 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival and 32 days during 25 Dec  - 05 Jan § 08-23 Feb - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of two night's accommodation and 100% of the accommodation for 26 Dec  - 05 Jan § 08-23 Feb.

* Force majeure:
In the conditions of a pandemic and declaration of a state of emergency or epidemiological situation by the competent authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria or the country from which the tourists come, as a result of which the borders are temporarily closed and / or suspended the provision of the services, inability to reach Bulgaria and use the services in hotels, ski packages and transfers such as flight ban, temporary restriction of travel, quarantine and the like, we will provide the tourists with the following options for compensation:
1. Opportunity for the clients to change the reservations with another date of travel in the period until 01.04.2021, and in a long enough time they will inform about the desired dates of accommodation. This will be done by changing the reservation and cancelling the previous reservation free of charge. It is also possible to change the persons on the reservation.
2. Possibility to use the amount paid for each reservation as a credit voucher for value, whereby the money of the tourist will be transferred for future use of a tourist package or tourist service. The validity of the credit voucher, the period in which it can be used is 24 months from the date of issue. This value voucher can be transferred for use to a third party following the relevant procedure.
3. Opportunity to refund the funds within 12 months after the end of the State of Emergency, according to the legal provisions with the issuance of a credit notice to the invoice.
* Children reductions are applicable for children 2-11.99 years valid at the time of the reservation (check in time).
