Description of the accommodation units:

Double room
25 - 32 sq. m, suitable for accommodation of 1 or 2 people, and some double rooms have the possibility of an extra bed.
You can choose between accommodation in a double room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) or 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
The modern furnishings include everything you need for your pleasant vacation. LCD TV with 32 inch screen and cable TV, minibar, individual air conditioning and kitchenette.
Access to wireless internet is free.
The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with free toiletries for each guest.

Studio
35 - 54 sq. m, suitable for accommodation of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 children and 1 adult), there is an option for 2 extra beds.
You can choose between a room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) or with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
The furniture includes an LCD TV, with a 32-inch screen and cable TV, a minibar, a closet and a kitchenette.
You have free access to wireless internet.
The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries for each guest

One bedroom apartment
52 - 65 sq.m., suitable for 4 or 5 guests (2 adults and up to 3 children or 3 adults and 2 children), each apartment has 3 regular beds and the possibility of 2 extra beds
The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom and a room with a lounge area and a kitchenette. It can be converted into a second bedroom if you wish to put extra beds in it. The bedroom has a double bed - 180 x 200 cm.
The furniture includes a TV with a 32-inch LCD screen and cable TV, a minibar and a wardrobe. Access to wireless internet is free.
All apartments of this type have a balcony with a very nice view of the forest.

Two-bedroom apartment
56 - 67 sq.m., suitable for accommodation of 5 or 6 guests (4 adults and up to 2 children), each apartment has 4 regular beds and the possibility of 2 extra beds.
The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with a large double bed, one bedroom with two beds that can be pushed together, a room with a relaxation area and a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet. This type of apartment can comfortably accommodate four adults and up to 2 children.
Furnishings include televisions in all rooms with a 32-inch LCD screen and cable TV, a minibar and a closet. Access to wireless internet is free.
Most apartments of this type have a balcony.

Bars and restaurants: Spacious and stylish restaurant with 120 seats and barbecue offer rich menu with traditional Bulgarian meals. The restaurant organizes themed evenings with Rhodope bagpipe and real Rhodope voices.

The lobby bar with 40 seats is a cozy spot with a fireplace and panoramic views of the pine forests.
