- For the period 28.12.2022 - 02.01.2023 up to 15 days before arrival date. For cancellations after this period a penalty of 100% of the reservation; Non show - 100 % penalty!

Our towels were changed and our room was vacuumed only after Nelly asked them to. I had already asked the receptionist to do that for almost two days (it was our 5th night spent at the hotel). When we checked out, we wanted to pay for the two coffees we had in the restaurant in the morning and we discovered that one more coffee and 2 beers were on our bill (somebody had had these in the lobby on 31.12, in the evening). So I suggest that hotel staff ask customers to sign the bills if they don't pay immediately and I think that hotel customers would appreciate better and faster cleaning services. The food was GREAT and the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.
