Borovets will host a round of the European cup 2014 on the 15th and 16th of February.
Borovets will host a round of the European cup 2014
Borovets is getting ready to host the world’s best men-alpine skiers in slalom and giant slalom on the 15th and 16th of February. One of the organizers of the races - BOROSPORT, has assembled a large team of experts in different areas, under the leadership of Georgi Kochov - Sports Director of BOROSPORT and former coach of the Bulgarian national alpine ski team.
These races will be the last ones before the Olympic Games in Sochi and will attract top participants who will use them as a "dress rehearsal”, as well as representatives of the world sports media and the fans of the winter sports in general.

Sent on 05 August 2013Hi, I was looking at going to Borovets during the Half term in Feb 14th till 21st. I have just seen that they will be hosting the European ski cup during the time i was planning going, will the slopes be closed off to the Public during this time?? Any advise will be grateful appreciated
