The initiative was undertaken by “Pamporovo” ltd. and the Governmental Forest Company. The main goal of the initiative is to re-cultivate the terrain in the region under the “European” ski slope. The resort plans to open some of the equipments and most of the hotels during the summer season. The main holiday offers will include walking tours, cycling and excursions to the natural sightseeing in the region. Thus Pamporovo will be transformed into a year round destination for active holidays and vacations amidst beautiful nature.
