Each one of the zones will be serviced by lifts and will offer a well maintained ski slope. The ski zone will offer 9400 meters lifts with a capacity of 1045 people per hour. The total length of the slopes will be 13 kilometers. The inclination of the slopes will be between 130m and 780 m. The average inclination of the slopes will be from 16% to 35%. Slopes for snowboard, training roll ban, shooting ground and biathlon track will be constructed. A helicopter ground will be constructed in the Shtrakovitsa region. The now existing hotels in Berkovitsa and ski centre com will be reconstructed and additional hotel accommodation will be build to service up to 5000 guests of the resort.
