Sent on 20 February 2012hotel - nice building, very nice location, close to the slope. clean room with interesting design. The service and food in the hotel restaurant much below expectations. Staff was never trained, forget about any order, main course comes with starters, or doesnt come because they forget. Breakfast worse than in a 3 star hotel -

Sent on 24 February 2011We stayed ar Borovets Hills beginning of February 2011 and loved the hotel. The Spa is truly beautiful and offers a variety of treatments. The swimming pool was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Staff were most helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. -
