The indoors swimming pool's water wasn't warm enough.
Hotel staff has to learn how to smile.
Transportation service staff was friendly.
We stayed in Festa Winter Palace, and the hotel is very good value for money, with big and clean rooms.
The food was very good, and also the staff very friendly and professional.
Super Hotel!!!
Super value for money. including very good breakfast and dinner.beautiful design for room, bath and common surfaces.
Shuttle service from hotel to the ski site and back on a fine timing and standard.
Only remark - he didn't come and go upon schedule some times.
Looking forward for next visit....

We couldn’t play table tennis because the facilities are closed in winter. There was only 2 elevators, and one was broken
