Location: Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa is located among forest of centenarian pine trees at an altitude of 1350 in Borovets ski resort, 70 km away from Sofia.
Distance to the ski lift - 3 000 m.
Accommodation: The hotel features 110 studios, one or two bedroom apartments and 5 two-level luxurious villas. All guestrooms are fully and comfortably equipped and offer splendid mountain views, bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin, telephone, satellite TV, central and individual heating, internet, daily housekeeping, kitchen, area for ski lockers, fridge, sleepers, safe deposit box in room. All rooms are non smoking.
The villas include a living room, a fireplace, a kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom each, a private garden and parking space. Each villa is approximately 150 m² and is suitable for accommodation of 6 persons.
Wine and dine: The property offers a la carte restaurant with dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisine and a selected wine list.
The Bar variety of beverages and cocktails is at your disposal.
Spa and wellness: The SPA centre features indoor swimming pool, steam bath, Jacuzzi, decorated with mosaics and sauna.
Conference facilities: Euphoria Club Ηotel offers 3 functional conference rooms ideal for conferences or other business meetings.

This was a busy time and they could not really cope with getting People to and from the Resort.
Catering still not improved.
We stay as a large family group in the hotel every ski year and love it. The staff are as helfpul as they can be in low season, where they are often servicing several areas of the hotel all at the same time! bar, rooms, restaurant..surely the hotel can afford to have a full-time bar attendant and they would see it made worthwhile? We would have certainly bought more drinks between the 10 of us if there was somewhere stood behind the bar, rather than trying to catch one of the staff's eye everytime they walked past the restaurant entrance. In the end, we resided to go to bed each night instead and saved ourselves a small fortune on cocktails!
I like the location of the hotel. The facilities of the hotel were excellent so the room we stay. I did not like so much SPA cleanness and room service.
Overall the hotel is very well preserved and excellent value for money. I will certainly recommend to others.

We enjoyed the food, however lack of tap water in the evening meal was upsetting, same restaurant provides water at breakfast not in the evening meal. I would say this is false economy. Tap water should be provided without any excuse.
