Location: Flora Hotel & Apartment Complex is located in the centre of Borovets mountain resort, 50 meters from the central station of Yastrebets cabin lift and the four chair lifts Martinovi baraki and Sitnyakovo Express. At 500 meters from the hotel is situated the Royal Bistritsa residence with it's park open for visitors.
Accommodation: The complex consists of 2 main buildings united by a covered connection and 5 additional apartments buildings situated among pine forest.

Hotel location was excellent. The staff was very kind.
The Flora Hotel was in a great location, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, but found the evening meal not as good as other hotels we have stayed at in Bansko and Borovets. The swimming pool was very poorly lit, so we only used it once, plus the sauna and steam facilities were not included and at 20Lev a day per person very expensive, which I found disappointing. The bedrooms were extremely spacious, clean and plenty of storage space. Overall, for the price, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed being close to the slopes and town centre. I would consider staying at the Flora again but will certainly look at the alternatives first. Thanks for a great holiday Bulgaria Ski, this was our 5th time with you and we always have a great experience!
Cleaning staff were lovely came everyday.
Hotel reception staff were rude and unhelpful.
Place was extremely comfortable, staff were super nice, friendly and helpful! There was a great choice and quantities at breakfast. There was easy access to two of the major lifts (within 2-3 minutes walk from the front door), and the gondola was about 5 mins walk!
We were a bit suprised that ski depot was not included in the hotel price, but charged separatelly. This sjould be a standard offer of a hotel in the skiing resort.
Swimming pool working hours ( until 8pm) does not really offer oportunity to fully use the facility for active skiers because it overlaps with dinner time 6-8 pm. Our suggestion is to extend at least one of these.
Very good location, spacy rooms which provide privacy for families.
Room cleaning and housekeeping was very poor.
The hotel location is great! the rooms are OK, the beds are terrible, the food is less than ok - at dinner the main courses are cold... and for sure it is too expensive.
But... I had a great time in Borovets - beautiful and peaceful place - Boro sport - excellent!
We asked for a quiet room but was not provided.
the irish pub was not a great setting for breakfast and dinner and we did not like the music blaring from the 2 tvs.
breakfast was very good dinner was adequate.
I found BulgariaSki to be very helpful and efficient. We booked an 8 night stay at the Flora Hotel and also the transfer. At the Hotel we had a family sized apartment within the Hotel side - which was huge, clean and well serviced, the transfer was perfect - driver with our name waiting at the airport and less than an hour journey in a large clean MPV .... all highly recommended. Thank you BulgariaSki - we will be looking to use your service again.
