Distance to the ski lift - 1200 m.
The hotel offers free shuttle bus to the ski slopes.

Family rooms are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Baby cots are available on request.
The apartments feature one bedroom and a living room. Deluxe apartments are situated on the last floor and offer splendid mountain view.

* Maximum occupancy: Single room – 1 adult; Double room – 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults; studio - 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults; 1-bedroom apartment - 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.
* Min nights stay during New Year Period - 4 overnights.
* Cancellations:
- For the period 30.12.2024 - 01.01.2025 up to 15 days before arrival - no penalty. For cancellations after this period – 2 nights penalty; No show - 100%.
- For the periods – 02.01.2025 – 03.03.2025 – - no penalty is due up to 7 days before arrival date. For cancellations after this period – 1 night penalty. No show - 2 nights.
* For all reservations with Early booking discount is required a 100% payment. If the early booking reservations are not paid until the end of the early booking period, they will be calculated without early booking discounts.
* Children reductions are applicable for children 2-11.99 years valid at the time of the reservation (check in time).

Staff in hotel rude, we paid for a triple room and was put in a double with an extra bed, swimming pool and jacuzzi cold.
We will definetely come back next year!
Really enjoyed our stay at Radina's Way. The hotel is modern, new and very clean.
Unfortunatley the regular shuttle bus wasn't running every day or as regularly as it should as we were slightly out of season. The hotel staff did their best to help us but it should be made clear about this service as we might have picked a different hotel if we had all the information.

The shuttle service to the resort was poor. The frequency was far too limited and the vehicle size too small. This resulting in almost a fight every time the vehicle arrived and resulted in numerous people sitting without a seat belt on. This is illegal, and totally unsafe. The website advertised a regular shuttle service which is why we chose this hotel, but this was not the case. Until this is improved, I would not use or recommend this hotel again.
