MPM Hotel Sport     

Unfortunately the food is not geared to more western European standards and was often not very hot. We ate out most nights as we did not rate the food being issued.

Third year we have used Bulgaria Ski and as ever excellent service. Much cheaper than even booking.com and always quick to reply and answer any questions. This year there was a party of 35 and they made it easy. Second year at MPM Sport and perfect location and had everything we wished for. If you are going to Bansko would highly recommend hotel and using BulgairaSki - I recommend to all my friend

I have dealt with Diana for the last two years and she has been fantastic. Last year we were a party of 5 and this year we are a party of 29 ! She answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. Bansko is such a great place for value for money and we will be back next year with maybe even more people and will continue to use your fantastic service. Thank you !

The hotel was reserved on a half board basis with buffet breakfast and dinner. As there were fewer than 20 guests in the hotel, they were serving from a set menu which wouldn't normally be an issue but for the fact that it was in Bulgarian and they were incapable of bringing the two meals ordered for our table together so my wife and I were, effectively, dining alone. Once they began the buffet, the food was consistently cold no matter what time we went for dinner. The quality of the food was not what one would expect form a 4* hotel. In fact, we paid to eat out two nights we were there just so that we could have some hot, tasty food. The hotel location, facilities and staff were very good we were unable to stomach the food offering and, despite contacting the BulgariaSki rep, we were forced to try to sort it out ourselves.

On wednesday 1 march money had disappeared from our room. (+\_ 90 bgn) . I have passed to the reception and said if somebody brings money, It's mine. I wouldnt and couldn't accuse somebody ... I told the whole story to other Belgian people. On friday the other Belgian people came to me and said that the manager would talk to me because there were more cases like mine. I went to reception , has given my roomnumber , but the manager didnot call me ....
Fot the rest Bansko was (except waiting hours in the morning for the gondola) very good........but i think next time it will be again Borovetz
The driver from Sofia to the hotel and back was very kind.
It was our 5th time in Bulgariia 👍😀

We are very happy with the Bulgariaski.com. Maybe more info (weather and snow conditions) about the resorts would be helpful. Will come to Bansko again.
