Please pass on my thanks to Hotel Lazur. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food was also lovely in their restaurant. We felt well looked after. We wish them all the best in this very uncertain times after departing on Monday. We will be back to Bansko again.
We were all really happy with the hotel. The service was excellent and all the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Booking was really easy and the staff were helpful.

If I could rate this hotel, I'd mark it "10". They are -perfect. The hosts -Lachezar and Tsvetilana -are very friendly and helpful. Cleanless ist flawless, the breakfast is exellent, the bed is so comfortable! Can I rate itat your sate in some place? Tell me, please, wtere?
