That is why the municipal and the concessionary company of the modern ski centre “Ulen” Joint Stock Company are ready to construct a second cabin lift. The municipal councilors in the mountain town accepted the offer 26 decares municipal land to be included in the capital of the Company. Both of the land plots are in the Sredoreko site where the new cabin lift will be constructed. The land is assessed to reaches over 6 300 000 BGN. The municipal will gain 6337 common stocks with a right to vote and nominal value of each one is 1000 BGN.
