For the price hotel was great, staff were nice, facilities were good.
Food wasn't great, edible, but nothing special! But all round a great hotel!
The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent but for the price the hotel offered excellent value, breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and the location very convenient. Would definitely recommend for budget travelers.
Apart from cleaning staff and service, all the other marketed services were very poor: no internet access despite having 7 wifi networks, very poor parking assistance etc

Î÷åíü ìàëåíüêîå ïîìåùåíèå, åñòü íå áîëüøàÿ êóõíÿ íî ïîëíîñòüþ ïóñòàÿ,íå ïîñóäó íå òàðåëîê íå ñòàêàí, íåòó ìåñòî êóøàòü íåòó íå ñòîëà íå ñòóëüåâ. Óæàñíûé ñâåò â îáîèõ êîìíàòàõ, ïî îäíîé ìàëåíüêîé ëàìïî÷êîé íå ÷åãî íå âèäíî, ïîëó ìðàê. ïåðâûé äåíü ïðîðâàëà òðóáà ïîä ðàêîâèíîé â êóõíå, ïðàâäà ïðèøëè è ïî÷èíèëè. ïåðâûé âå÷åð ïîïðîñèëè ïðèíåñòè âñå ÷òî íóæíî äëÿ êóõíè,ñêàçàëè ÷òî íàñ 4 ÷åëîâåê, ïðîñèëè âñ¸ à ïîëó÷èëè 2 òàðåëêè äâà íîæà 3 ñòàêàíà,4 âèëêè, à ïîëó÷èëè ýòî ìû íà òðåòèé äåíü ïîñëå òîãî êàê íàïîìíèëè èì äâà Ìàòðàñ íà êðîâàòè â ñïàëüíå óæàñíûé íà í¸ì íåâàæíî ñïàòü, íà ïîëó áûëî ëó÷øå, ðàñêëàäíîé äèâàí â ñàëîíå ãäå ñïàëè íàøè ìàëåíüêèå äåòè(10/9) Âû òàêîãî óæàñà íå âèäåëè, îí áûë ïðîâàëåí ïîñåðåäèíå, åñëè ÿ ñàäèëñÿ íà íåãî îí ðàçâàëèëñÿ.Íà òðåòèé äåíü ìû âåðíóëèñü ñ ãîð õîòåëè ïîéòè â äóø íî ïîíÿëè ÷òî çàáðàëè âñå ïîëîòåíöû à íîâûå íå ïîëîæèëè, íà ðåöåïøí ïîçâîíèòü íåëüçÿ òåëåôîí íå ðàáîòàåò, ìíå íóæíî áûëî îäåâàòüñÿ è èäòè ïðîñèòü ïîëîòåíöû, íà ÷òî ìíå îòâåòèëè íå ñòðàøíà áûâàåò 5 ìèí. ïðèíåñóò, íó êîíå÷íî íå êòî íå ïðèíåñ.÷åðåç 2 ÷ÿñà ñíîâà âåðíóëñÿ ê íåìó è ñêàçàë ïîêà íå ïîëó÷ó ïîëîòåíöû íå êóäà íå óéäó, ïðèí¸ñ.Ýòî êîìïëåêñ êâàðòèð èç íåñêîëüêèõ çäàíèé ìû æèëè â îäíîì çäàíèè è ñïà íàõîäèëèñü â äðóãîì ÷òî áû òóäà èïîïàñòü íóæíî áûëî ïîëíîñòüþ îäåâàòüñÿ, ïîòîìó ÷òî ïðîõîä ÷åðåç óëèöó èëè ïîäçåìíóþ ñòîÿíêó ãäå ìèíóñîâàÿ òåìïåðàòóðà. Áàññåéí ñ ãðàçíîé âîäîé, íåìíîãî ïîäîãðåòîé.  äâóõ ñëó÷àÿõ èç ÷åòûð¸õ íå áûëî ò¸ïëîé âîäîé â äóøå.  Áàíñêî ìû 4 ðàç, òàêîãî ìû íå âèäåëè. Î÷åíü æàëü. Ìû íå êîãäà íå âåðí¸ìñÿ òóäà è íå áóäåì ñîâåòûâàòü äðóçüÿì.
