Sent on 15 January 2010Hotel is very nice. We stayed with a small daughter (4.5 y). Reception could help you with any questions. Room is clean and looks new, towels were changed every day. Temperature in the room was comfortable. Always hot water in a bathroom. Swimming pool is not so big, but sauna is perfect.To get gondola takes 10 min by walk. We liked this Hotel and I hope next year we will stay in Sunrise.

* New Year's Eve dinner: obligatory for al guests of the hotel until availability;
* For stays on HB on 31.12, regular dinner is not availabl
* Cooking is not allowed on the premises and they are not adapted and equipped for such.
* Important: In the two-bedroom apartment - one bedroom and living room are open plan and without an intermediate door.
* Cancellations:
- For the periods 27.12.2024 - 02.01.2025 - no penalty is due up to 22 days before arrival date For cancellations after this period – 100% penalty; No show - 100%.
- For the periods – 19.12.2024 - 26.12.2024; 03.01.2025 – 09.03.2025 – no penalty is due up to 10 days before arrival date. For cancellations after this period – 2 nights penalty. No show - 2 nights.
- For the period - 10.03.2025 – 31.03.2025 – no penalty is due up to 6 days before arrival date. For cancellations after this period – 1 night penalty. No show - 2 nights.

We had a great time at the Sunrise. The staff where fantastic, The room and food was great and we are most defiantly going back soon. A special thanks to the girls on reception who sorted out a mistake I made on our return flights home. Without their help interpreting etc. it would have cost us a fortune. Can't wait to go back.
