Location: Pirin Place apartment complex is located 120 metres from the Gondola ski lift in Bansko mountain resort.

Accommodation: The hotel offers 27 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments and 7 studios. Studios can accommodate up to two persons and one person on additional bed; one-bedroom apartments are for 2 persons, and additional 2 persons accommodated on extra bed, two-bedroom apartments are for 4 persons, and additional 2 persons accommodated on extra bed. All studios and apartments offer fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, shower/WC.

Hotel facilities: Fitness, sauna, parking, panoramic elevator, ski and snowboard depot, daily maid service.

    Hotelul curat, apartamente si camere mari, foarte aproape de partie. Am fost anul trecut, iar anul aceste vom reveni in februarie tot in acest hotel. Sunt incantat ca pot sa iau schiurile in spate si sa ajung la gondola in trei minute. Problema cu micul dejun se rezolva in camera(partea de bucatarie este echipata cu tot ce ai nevoie)iar seara ai o mare varietate de carciumioare traditionale sau mai sus putin restaurantul cu specific italian(bun si ieftin).Nu comparam preturile cu Austria(in afara de PAS totul cam la jumatate) Drum bun si sa aveti zapada.Atentie la drum au radare in toate localitatile si in toate zonele cu restrictii de viteza.

    The apartment was in a very poor state with damp on the walls in the sitting area, 5 lights did not work which asked to have replaced but the
    Were not replaced. The spiral staircase was loose and dangerous. The heater in the lounge did not work. We had no kettle and had to ask the receptionist to find one for us, which she did ( the receptionist was really helpful and polite)
    It is a sad reflection that this apartment is being neglected and not maintained. It is in an excellent location for the gondola but I certainly will not stay there again. I would prefer to pay an extra 5 or 10 euros per night and have the place in a good condition.

    Apartments need renovation and much better cleaning. Location is perfect, but everything else is not. Don't think we gonna choose it again. Wi Fi is a must in 21st century! Only thanks to very kind and responsive Miss Kalcheva did we manage to use parking, if it was for a hotel staff it would be a problem.

    The apartment was looking tired with broken lamps, missing cutlery and extremely uncomfortable beds!!

    Would stay at The Pirin Place Hotel again only because it is so close to the gondola station. The flat was poorly designed, with a dangerous spiral staircase which was coming away from the wall. The shower was poor as it was impossible to have a shower without having to hold the spray above your head. There was also no kettle!

    Cleaning before the arrival was VERY bad, the apartment was very dirty when we came. Daily cleaning was ok. Local representative (Mr Petyo Atanasov I think) was very informative, precise and accurate.

    Basic accommodation but everything was fine. The rooms were clean and warm with plenty of hot water. The Pirin Place apartment hotel provided what we wanted.

    Overall the hotel was very good considering location, proximity to gondola and price per night.

    The following however need to be considered for improvement:

    - The shower drain was partially blocked which caused flooding within the shower basin while having shower which is both unhygienic and unpleasant.

    - Toilet paper was not replaced.

    - Beds where not of good quality which resulted in poor quality of sleep especially for the children.

    - There was no WI-FI Service available within the hotel.
