For the price hotel was great, staff were nice, facilities were good.
Food wasn't great, edible, but nothing special! But all round a great hotel!
The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent but for the price the hotel offered excellent value, breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and the location very convenient. Would definitely recommend for budget travelers.
Apart from cleaning staff and service, all the other marketed services were very poor: no internet access despite having 7 wifi networks, very poor parking assistance etc

Очень маленькое помещение, есть не большая кухня но полностью пустая,не посуду не тарелок не стакан, нету место кушать нету не стола не стульев. Ужасный свет в обоих комнатах, по одной маленькой лампочкой не чего не видно, полу мрак.В первый день прорвала труба под раковиной в кухне, правда пришли и починили.В первый вечер попросили принести все что нужно для кухни,сказали что нас 4 человек, просили всё а получили 2 тарелки два ножа 3 стакана,4 вилки, а получили это мы на третий день после того как напомнили им два Матрас на кровати в спальне ужасный на нём неважно спать, на полу было лучше, раскладной диван в салоне где спали наши маленькие дети(10/9) Вы такого ужаса не видели, он был провален посередине, если я садился на него он развалился.На третий день мы вернулись с гор хотели пойти в душ но поняли что забрали все полотенцы а новые не положили, на рецепшн позвонить нельзя телефон не работает, мне нужно было одеваться и идти просить полотенцы, на что мне ответили не страшна бывает 5 мин. принесут, ну конечно не кто не принес.через 2 чяса снова вернулся к нему и сказал пока не получу полотенцы не куда не уйду, принёс.Это комплекс квартир из нескольких зданий мы жили в одном здании и спа находились в другом что бы туда ипопасть нужно было полностью одеваться, потому что проход через улицу или подземную стоянку где минусовая температура. Бассейн с гразной водой, немного подогретой. В двух случаях из четырёх не было тёплой водой в душе. В Банско мы 4 раз, такого мы не видели. Очень жаль. Мы не когда не вернёмся туда и не будем советывать друзьям.
