Location: Four Points by Sheraton Bansko (ex. Strazhite) is situated about 200 m from the Gondola ski lift in Bansko mountain resort. The hotel offers a shuttle-bus to the ski lift.

    Hotel: new, clean, split levels are somewhat confusing at first. Reception: excellent service, friendly, helpful staff, good exchange rate. Rooms: excellent, clean, towels changed daily, super views from balconies. Bars: large main bar - but shuts at 6pm. Other smaller bars but poor service. Pool: excellent , indoor, with outdoor facilities for sunbathing. Gym, steam room, etc.. Resort: First impressions are poor due to massive building programme, noise, dust, plant traffic. However, delve into the heart of Bansko and you find a friendly, lively society (despite rows of seated old ladies knitting and nattering). Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The cheaper, better quality, less touristy ones are found off the main square. Don't be afraid to explore! Main moan: the ski lift was not operational so it became difficult to explore the mountain region.

    Thank you for your e mail Bansko is beautiful - the hotel was really nice but the staff are not geared up for the private traveller from Europe ( Only for groups ). We actually stayed there 13 nights and each time we asked to extend they could do nothing until 10 o clock the next day. On our last day we were told we would have to move to an apartment room because the hotel was full. This never came to fruition but the hotel was so empty on the last morning that there were not enough people to bother putting on the hot servery! The staff in the hotel have a lot to learn about good service. Most of the time they were sitting around with their friends in the bar etc. We seldom had A Good morning at breakfast. One night even though there were 14 Dutch they closed the bar at 10 and refused to serve them. Regards Jan and Dave Oxley

    Преди една седмица посетихме този хотел и искаме да кажем на всички след нас, че могат да забравят за фитнес, сауна и масаж. Да си приготвят по два лева допълнително за паркинг и да се опитат да не изявяват никакви претенции пред главната администраторка ( Нели ), защото на нея и е все едно мнението на гостите. Иначе останалия персонал ( 5-6 служители ) са на ниво. Храната е вкусна, сервитьорите и бармана са приветливи и отзивчиви, такива са и момичетата на рецепцията.

    Fantastic experience from start to finish. Bulgaria ski and silky holidays both excellent. Great hotel and location. Hopefully return in the future
