Best Western Florimont Casino & Spa     

For a four star hotel the food wasn`t as good as it shoud be,t he rooms wasn`t clean enough, the cleaners just changed the towels and did not clean the room or the toilet and the swiming pool was cold.
The other facilities of the spa was good.

Very bad food, very cold hotel. 3 out of 4 rooms had problems with the receptionist at check out.

The infrastructure and the staff of the hotel is not in relation to the number of guests. It was so, that anytime was something not to find (spoons, cups, etc.) The whole hotel incl. the room is like a dark room because of poor light. The sauna area isn't useful for relaxing because lot of childrens are in. Normally it has to be a adult area. Warm water supply in the bath is not up to date. Every additional hotelservice (bar, restaurant, parking etc.) must be paid in time and cash. To write on the room bill was not possible. The New Year's Eve gala dinner was terrible. At the beginning I realized that the hotel guests only the second choice was offered. In the main hall with a VIP event had been advertised in advance. This was the hotel guests but not accessible. Why I had to book the gala dinner at all, is not traceable. Many other hotel guests had since probably more design options. All in all, it was not the gala dinner worth the money. And from a Best Western hotel, I am accustomed to a better service. That also goes better I could test a few days later in another 4-star hotel in Bansko. It's up to the hotel organization and the general understanding of business management. The "Florimont" I can not recommend. Mass tourism for prices in an unjustified amount.

Hotels personal für mich war der schlimmste seit 10 Jahre die ich beim Bestwestern Hotels erleben haben
Einiger Konkreter Bemerkungen:
o Für 4 Personen, nur eine Tür offner war möglich zu bekommen!
o Am ersten Tag (26/12/2012), die kopf Kisten waren ohne Kisten Bezug (es kann passieren, aber nicht von 22-23.30 zu warten um jemand das ins Zimmer zu bringen!!)
o Am Zweiten tag, hat niemand das Apartment sauber gemacht und die hand Tücher nicht getauscht. Erkörung dafür „Die Hand Tüchern werden es nur in jeden dritten tag getauscht!!!“.
o Am dritten Tag, habe ich mit meinen Sohn 2 stunden für 2 Bademantels gewartet um den Schwimmbad zu nutzen!!!.
o Am ende kommt das Ungeduld, habe mit dem schef gesprochen- Ohne bestimmte Ergebnis für Besserung, und habe ich entschieden den Hotel 1 tag vor zu verlassen (29/12/2011), Unaphängigt das ich schon vorher für 4 Tagen bezahlt habe, und praktisch ein Tag verloren habe.
o Doch etwas positives: Der Junge beim Eingang des Restaurants und die Mädchen im Eingang des Schwimmbades, waren sehr nett und sehr Professional

Ergebnis: Ich werde weiter den ski Zentrum im Bansko nutzten (ich mag diesen Sport, ich werde anderen Hotels nutzen, aber niemals das „Florimont -Best Westerne“.

Excelent Spa Center, good hotel, very very bad food and location in the town!
Only dessert in the hotel Florymont was biscuits with puding and the beer was expired ( but not 1 day or week, but 8 month!!!!! disgusting!!!

It was a very noisy hotel. We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children and we got a room just above the night club. The music started around 9pm and lasted until 6am. This was a DISASTER. The lady at the reception desk was not friendly at all and she didn't concern about us. Finally we got a new room, for the last 2 nights, but even on the 3rd floor we could stil hear and feel the beats. So we laft one day earlier to Sofia. The restaurant was too small, there were no tables available, the food was not hot enough and the taste was not good. Same as for breakfast. We only went once. The bus organisation was not good. They didn't keep us informed at all. The rooms were very nice and big, but there were problems with the showers.

Our booking was halfboard, the hot breakfasts and evening meals were always only just warm, placed on cold plates, was cold by the time it was eaten. Need to keep hot food hot, the food warmers thought appear to be on, did not geep the hot food hot.
