    Hello, I stayed at your hotel a couple weeks ago with my two friends. We thought the hotel was excellent and enjoyed our stay. I do have a couple of suggestions for you to improve the conditions for future customers. We found that the hot tub/spa was not maintained very well. I've had a similar-size hot tub at home for about 10 years and am able to tell pretty quickly when the water is well-mainained or not. In this case the water had a pretty strong odor and was not really warm enough for use so we were a little disappointed since it's nice to use a hot tub after skiing. In general I would expect a hotel's spa to require water chemistry checks/maintenance on a daily basis with the amount of use it will get. I would also recommend adding another computer with internet access. I found it busy most of the time and begain checking its availability late at night and early in the morning to have a better chance of using it. Thanks and see you again sometime.     A superb hotel with brilliant views or pirin and wonderful staff. The pool and health facilities were great and the rooms were very warm and cosy. The food was great and the staff welcoming. It is brilliant for all the family with the great gaming room for the kids and cable TV (and yes some of it was in English). My stay there was thoroughly enjoyable and i would recommend it to anyone of any age. I loved it!

    Myself and 2 friends stayed for 2 nights in November. We would definitely go again were it not for the fact that we have bought an apartment in Belle Vue which 5 of us expect to use for a week from 15th Jan assuming our furniture arrives on time.......otherwise we will be attempting a last minute booking at Hotel Tanne.

    A superb hotel with excellent accommodation, food and friendly service. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Its mountain scenery and facilities are also first class.

    My wife and I stayed in the hotel from 27 may until june 2. the hotel is very well situated en the service and accomodation was exellent. So was the food ( breakfast and dinner ). Marvelous view on the Pirin and other mountains. Cosy ambiance and friendly people. Unfortunately I had to make a lot of excursions, so we couldn't enjoy so much of all the facilities We will come again soon! Much obliged, Carla and Gerard Bijlsma.

    Stayed during Christmas 2003 Overall very good - staff reasonably friendly, but not great at speaking english. Clean, comfortable, and very convenient for the gondola. Doors could do with better insulation as loud Germans could easilly be heard from corridor into room.

    We were very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. The service was first class and the food was very good. We stayed in the VIP suite, which is the best deal around when you have 3 kids as we do, (Alex Putin checked in right after us and stayed in the same room). The drivers were ready to run us around town and out to dinner anytime. We were able to use our cell phones there so they were only a call away when we needed to be picked up. The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The workout room has all new state-of-the art equip in it. The staff was very friendly and professional and when we had the slightest problem they went out of their way to solve it. Katrina is the head receptionist and took my wife out shopping, all on her own time. We had a problem with one drunk- obnoxious guest; they sent a very large security guard to resolve the problem very quickly so he wouldn’t disturb any more guests. We have stayed at some nice resorts from Vail to Aspen and this was as good as any for only a fraction of the cost. It definitely deserves its 4 start rating.
