      I think manager must find a solution for customers to change their boots in a separate room not outside the hotel ! Or let to change in lobby area. We have luck: only +2 degrees, but when will be - 10 degrees ?

      The hotel was very nice but was also in a section of the town with lot's of derelict buildings so first impressions were not great. The lobby was very nice and clean as were all of the communal areas. Staff were helpful but did not smile a lot and you felt like they were doing you a favour. The rooms were very clean but they were also very well used and I feel that the rooms need a makeover. Bulgariaski were excellent, especially Diana and we will definitely be back

      The hotel staff was so unfriendly, it was unbelievable. We really didn't feel welcome. The hotel also advertised a fully equipped kitchen, but when we got there we were informed that there weren't any pots or pans because we weren't allowed to cook. We had a small child and we were relying on being able to cook for him, instead we only had a kettle. Room service did not come for 5 days, and when I asked on the reception if I could have some more towels, I had a very unpleasant response. This is not service of any hotel, not to mention a supposedly 4 star one.

      We have a problem with room cleaning and also we fell the diffrence staff made between us and rusian tourists !!!Staff don't speak english very well !!

      No towels in spa. Floor very slippy.
      Dining room cold while having breakfast.
      Hotel apartment was a very good size, plenty
