The first snow in Bulgaria is expected after 03 December

Meteorogists expect a cold spell after December 03. Temperatures will lower and rainfalls are expected. The rain will soon transform in snow in most parts of the country. During the second half of the month the weather will become unstable, often with snowfalls.

Borovets is reporting 5cm new snow forecast in the next 48 hours.
Bansko expects a light covering of new snow, mostly falling on Monday night. Temperatures will be below freezing (max -2°C on Saturday afternoon, min -10°C on Monday night). The resort expects mainly fresh winds and a dusting of new snow. Temperatures will be below freezing, max -3°C on Tuesday afternoon, min -17°C on Thursday night. Winds decreasing, near gales from the WSW on Tuesday night, light winds from the west by Thuesday night.
