Location: Yagoda Holiday Village is nestled in a pine forest, 1350 m above sea level, 2 km from Borovets mountain resort, at the foot of Mousala peak (2925 m) in the Rila mountain. Malina and Yagoda Holiday Villages are situated in the same area.
Distance to the ski lift - 2,500 m.
Accommodation: The complex features 40 Finnish-style chalets with 2-4 persons capacity.
Each villa features terrace, cable television, private bathroom, minibar, fully fitted kitchen. There is a sauna in some of the villages
All the villas in YAGODA are studio type and have:
- a living-room with a double or 2 single beds, sitting area, closet/wardrobe and satelite TV;
- cozy bedroom with two wooden bunk-beds, comfortable for adults too;
- a kitchen area with oven,fridge and sink, completed with the basic kitchen equipment for cooking and dining;
- bathroom with shower;
- a terrace with a small table and bench;
- 10 of the houses have its own sauna.
Villa Facilities: At guests' disposal is a restaurant with 90 seats and a night club with 40 seats. There are several stores in the resort for guests who prefer to cook their own food.
The property provides football, volleyball and basketball playgrounds, table tennis and children playgrounds.

- For the periods - 01.12.2024 – 23.12.2024; 05.01.2025 – 31.01.2025; 05.03.2025 - 31.03.2025 - no penalty is due up to 7 days before arrival date. For cancellations after this period – 2 nights penalty. No show - 1 night.
* For all reservations with Early booking discount is required a 100% payment. If the early booking reservations are not paid until the end of the early booking period, they will be calculated without early booking discounts.
* Children reductions are applicable for children 2-11.99 years valid at the time of the reservation (check in time).

Fantastic holiday, with great service and facilities.
We were very happy with the organisation of our entire trip to Bulgaria. Special mention of Martin Ninov who was outstanding in looking after every aspect of our reservation and answered my (many) questions promptly and in detail in a very professional and friendly way, an fantastic ambassador for Bulgaria. Our accommodation was lovely, very cosy. The self-catering aspect is limited due to the minimal cutlery, plates, utensils etc provided so we ate out. The location, although out of town is good and the shuttle service works well. The on-site restaurant is very good value and the food was excellent. I would recommend Yagoda 100% and would definitely go back in Winter or Summer. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.
The restaurant at Yagoda was poor. The buffet food was cold. Overall quality poor compared to other restaurants in Borovets. The shuttle bus service was disappointing with no transfers at the time we wanted in the evening (around 6pm when our young children were hungry). When we asked for a refund so that we could use taxis instead they were unwilling to give our money back. The boiler in the chalet was just above the toilet and I kept banging my head on it. Also the boiler was dangerous as the bottom had rusted away leaving a sharp edge which my head hit a number of times (on the second time I reported this it was taped up and made safe). The room was a smoking room which smelled unpleasant (we should have asked for a non smoking chalet (if these exist)).
Me and my family had a very good time in Borovets and in Yagoda Villas , no complaints at all. Thanks to all staffs, special thanks for Martin .

It's the 3rd time we have been and we were surprised that the free transfer to the slopes had stopped. We also think that there could be some more equipment in the kitchen ie saucepans. We will definitely be booking again.
