Winter season cancellations: Cancellations can be made, providing details and prior to check-in time on the day of arrival, at least: - 15 days before, during middle season; - 21 days before,during high season; - 47 days before, during new year season; Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 100 % of accommodation and catering.
